This privacy policy, sets out how ‘Green Health Dietetics’ uses and protects any personal information that you provide me.

‘Green Health Dietetics’ is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our services, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

I collect your personal data because you give me consent to do so, in order to provide my independent nutrition and dietetic services to you.

You may have opted in to receive my weekly newsletter.

What I collect:

I collect name and email address. I may also collect the following information:

• Information in relation to consent;
• Further medical/clinical information in relation to reports from other health professionals.

Elizabeth Sanchez Loureda’s brand called Green Health Dietetics would like to keep your details to send you further information about products and services.

Your details will be held by ConvertKit and on behalf of Green Health Dietetics. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking Unsubscribe on any of my emails or by writing to me at lizzie@greenhealthdietetics.com.

If you no longer wish to hear from Green Health Dietetics, please contact lizzie@greenhealthdietetics.com to unsubscribe from communications, confirming your name and address and stating that you wish to unsubscribe from Green Health Dietetics communications.

What I do with the information I gather:

I require this information for the purpose of:

• Professional clinical record keeping of client information;
• Sharing information with relevant health professionals.
• Updating you with new information from Green Health Dietetics.

Security

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect.

Controlling your personal information

I will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information, which I hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
