When I became plant-based in my early 20s, I quickly found my gut was much less happy than before, with more gas, bloating and of course toilet trouble!

I was struggling every day, feeling like I couldn’t eat anything without upsetting my tummy and not being able to relax unless I knew where the toilet was at all times…

I remember one time sitting at work at my first temping job over the summer holidays surrounded by colleagues hoping my gas would go unnoticed.  It didn’t!  Suffice to say I didn’t stay there much longer!

Then, whilst studying Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College London, I learnt in depth about IBS and the low FODMAP diet.

I am relieved to say that I am now completely in control of my gut issues.  I know just what foods and how much of them I can happily eat, without my gut getting upset.

I’ve since helped hundreds of people take control of their IBS.

I understand that it’s a complete minefield when it comes to managing IBS with everything on the internet…!

And when you are plant-based it’s a bit more complicated; not all the information is right for you.  We have to know which foods to eat to maintain a healthy and balanced diet as our pool of foods to choose from is a bit smaller.

IBS management is completely possible on a plant based (vegetarian or vegan) diet.  I don’t want anyone to have to compromise on their wish to follow a compassionate diet…

    3 month package: £397 (3 Sessions + free appointment within 12 months)

      • An initial 1 hour consultation and 2 x 45 minute follow-up consultations within 3 months
      • Summary emails following each consultation including goals set and any supporting information needed
      • Weekly emails to keep you accountable
      • Unlimited email support between appointments
      • Symptom monitoring using a validated symptom evaluation form from King’s College London
      • Low FODMAP written guides, including meal plans, if necessary, based on individual needs
      • A FREE follow-up consultation to be used within 12 months of the initial consultation date for long-term symptom management
