My health improvement packages are designed to take the stress and confusion out of eating well, improving health conditions and losing weight.
You’ll receive an individually tailored plans based on portion sizes – no calorie counting or food weighing required. I’ll support you to build long-term, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle and preferences, whether you’re plant-based or just want to eat more healthfully.
You’ll get an initial assessment, ongoing follow-up consultations, and unlimited email support between sessions offering direct access to me for extra guidance, motivation and accountability whenever you need it.
By the end of the package, you’ll feel confident in your ability to manage your weight, nourish your body, and improve your overall health—with a way of eating that’s flexible, satisfying, and sustainable for life.
